Dining Out Review: Anokha restaurant Richmond Times Dispatch

Anokha’s Web site describes its menu as “mixing the flavors and spices of India with western cooking techniques and the finest seasonal ingredients . . . to excite both the neophyte and the connoisseur alike.” After my recent Friday dinner, I can say, Anokha is doing just that.
